USS Eclipse NCC-800121 BRIDGE DUTY STATIONS

On the wall behind the three command chairs, is a wall console containing duty stations that do not have permanent seated stations on the bridge. All departments and areas of the ship can be monitored and accessed through these wall panels.

The Security/Tactical officer does not have a seated permanent station, as does Operations and Helm/Naviagation. However, Sec/Tac officer is always present on the bridge, typically standing behind the rail seen behind the command chairs. Embedded in this is rail are controls the Sec/Tac officer or other bridge officers have access to use.
